We can turn almost any logo into a scalable TrueType font that
you can use directly from any Windows or Macintosh program. Simply
use the Font menu from any word processing or graphics application
to access your Logo Font. Instead of letters, you get a miniature
version of your logo (if you have ever used a font like Webdings
or Dingbats, it is a similar effect). This gives you the ability
to have your logo as part of your layout without having to master
advanced skills such as Inserting or Placing graphic image files.
These fonts are easy to install in Windows 95, 98, ME, XP, NT,
2000, and XP Professional and work in any Windows based program
that gives you access to the font menu. Also, Macintosh users
that are currently using OS X can install this same True Type
font file and it will work for them as well! We can usually convert
your logo into a font within 5 working business days.
Still don't know if a font version of your logo is for you?

Benefits / Uses of Converting Your Logo Into A Font:
- Your logo will be available for use within all your computer
applications. You can use it at any size. Just as you would
do with any other font, simply select your "Logo Font" from
the Font
Menu of your application and choose the font size of your choice.
- Your logo font will print out at the maximum quality of your
output device: whether it is a 300 dpi inkjet printer, a
600 dpi laser printer or even a 2400 dpi imagesetter!
- Use your favorite word processor or page layout application
to create "templates" for yourself. This way your "Logo"
is in place and ready to go. You can save time and make things
easier for your staff by not requiring them to "import" any
picture files
everything they want to use the company "logo"
- Logos converted into fonts taken up much less space on your
hard drive than a graphic file equivalent (such as an .EPS
or .TIF file)
- Use as a "slug" in your newsletters, letting your readers
know when they have reached the
end of
an
article.
- If you are running a Windows PC system, you can use your
custom Logo Font as a Screen Saver (3D Text)

Can a Logo Font be more than
one color?
A
logo converted into a font cannot contain color information.
It is simply "Black" or "White".
However, depending on your
specific logo, it could be broken
up into different "letters" and each color could be assigned from within
your word process program. For example, the original logo for the fictional "Lion Heart
Widgets" Company would normally look like this:
To create a two color effect using our free
demo lionheart font:
- Make sure the Lion Heart font is installed properly
- Within your favorite word processing or page layout program,
choose the Font Size you wish and from the Font Menu,
choose the "Lion Heart" font
- Change your Font Color to "Black"
- Type "K"
- Change your Font Color to "Red"
- Type "LH"
There your have it! NOTE: It is usually not possible to have
a font that used blended colors or photographic elements. In
order to create those kinds of special effects, you need to purchase
a high end graphic program such as Adobe
Photoshop. In most word
processing programs such as Microsoft
Word, the entire letter
form must be a solid color.
